This Privacy Policy is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, Code regarding the protection of personal data.
By implementing the registration procedure, users voluntarily communicate their personal data to the Data Controller.
The user’s personal data sent by users through the registration procedures for our services will be treated in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and other regulations in force on the subject.
The provision of data is optional; however failure to provide the data deemed mandatory (and marked with *) will prevent correct registration on the site and the possibility of using the services provided by the portal and reserved for registered users.

The personal data collected are essentially related to:

– commercial and administrative data (orders, deliveries, payments, etc.)

Methods of processing

Personal data will be processed in paper, computerized and telematic form, with insertion in the electronic databases of “Miyuceramica”, only for the time necessary to finalize and close the contract, at the end of which they will be deleted from the database.

Scope of diffusion and communication of data

Personal data may be disclosed (in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003) to subjects of the following categories:
– Transport and shipping companies;
– Banking institutions for the management of receipts and payments;
– Legal consultation (for the protection of contractual rights), administrative or fiscal consultancy firms;
– Subjects to whom the communication is due by virtue of legal obligations;
– Companies with which control or connection relationships exist pursuant to art. 2359cc.

Rights of interested parties

Pursuant to art. 7 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree 196/2003, you can still exercise the right to obtain:
knowledge of the origin and content of your personal data, verification of accuracy, updating, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, abolition (for legitimate reasons) of the data processing. The methods for exercising these rights are contemplated in art. 7 itself and in subsequent art. 8, 9, 10 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
